Day 9

Two shots today. Both are a bit different. I originally wanted a grungy shot. However this cleaner version really came out well I think.

And the outtake.

I really like how this one came out as well. Its almost like the universe itself is captured inside the bulb. The very fabric of space and time itself is in the center and the stars are spinning all around.

I like the first one better too. Very well done. I like the reflection on the bulb on both sides.

Nice work on both of them. I like the first one too. Nice clean lines and a good result. The cosmos in the second one, whilst interesting, makes it seem a bit messier somehow. Nice work on both counts though!

The highlight parts on that first image makes this look very different. Set against a black background makes the whole thing look very different to what it actually is. Great stuff.

Softboxes are a wonderful thing, aren't they ? :D

Seriously, great lighting. Love the rim light on the second (is that an extra light or just internal reflection of the bulb?). Love both shots, and can see both selling well. It's the kind of shot to market to patent bureaus ;)

The first one is striking. Looks very clean and crisp.
